Time for another bag of miscellany that may or may not be of interest to you:
- In search of the click track: guess who wins, guess who loses.
- The Hush Now – free album download. I was given this link by the band’s manager and must say, I rather like their music.
- Yellow Snow: the unappetizing icing version! (thx Theresa)
- Iggy Pop’s Tech Rider: heh. (thx Tommi)
- Phil Hartman’s audition for SNL: hilarious.
- 20 weirdest TV interviews of all time — ’nuff said.
- Revolution 1 (Take 20): The legendary, unreleased “Revolution 1 (Take 20)” has surfaced.
Metallica: NOOO click-track!! 🙂 heyy! I knew it!!!
I’ve never seen the Phil Hartman audition. Mind blowing stuff. Compare it to some of the other cast memebers auditions I’ve seen and Phil’s rises to the top. I think he was the Frank Zappa of sketch comedy. Very sad ending. Curse those “Cocaine Decisions”.

I completely agree, and yes, too bad his life came to an end the way it did. Must say it wasn’t until recently that I became acquainted with his work (SNL never aired here in Belgium). Sharl knew him though, from the comedy show NewsRadio and so we bought the entire DVD-set. Phil’s performance on that series alone is worth the purchase.
