The guitar, which was given to Frank Zappa by Hendrix roadies after his performance at the ’68 Miami Pop Festival, is due to be auctioned at Cooper Owen on September 24 where, if it achieves its expected sale of 350-400,000 pounds ($532-608,000), it will be the most expensive guitar ever sold.
