Another review of Joe’s XMaSage:
Overall, while I enjoy the musical moments of this CD, there is simply too little music, and too much talk. In fact, there’s only about 20 mintues of music on this sucker. Come on ZFT, you can do better.
Yup, that pretty much seems to be the consensus. Meanwhile I’m reading the first reports here and there of people that have received Imaginary Diseases, although this release appears to be unavailable currrently.
re: “unavailable”…my read of various chatter is the musictoday site was set to handle “pre-order” only. Now that this sucker has been “released”, musictoday has gone to musicyesterday with no provision by the marketing gurus at ZFT for future orders.
I guess it serves us right. We whine. They release a bunch of half-assed shit. We whine somemore. They release something that gets good press. We read it and want to order it. They cut off the order mechanism.
Did I hear a chorus of “flakes”?
My apologies…the web guys haven’t fixed all the links yet. Damn, this link stuff is complicated, ain’t it?
If you want to order ID, go here.
(link fixed by the web guys — ed.)
…”the web guys”???
Barry, I was just going to fix that! I just needed a chicken to measure it… Am I fired already??!
Just tell me the truth; I’ll be strong
over and out
