The funny thing about these Friday Boots is that often times I don’t know which one’s going to be next myself, until I check mail on Friday morning! Such was the case today. Uploaded by Gilles late last night for your listening pleasure: Selby Field, May 22 1971.

As the only Flo and Eddie fan ever, I’m really excited about this one. Thanks!
As the only other Flo and Eddie fan ever, I too am really excited about this one. Thank you thank you!
i love Flo and Eddie period
Who doesn’t ?
* cough *
i’m a big aynsley dunbar fan, and i enjoy the hysteria flo & eddie bring to the occasion. however, i DO feel that the sanzini brothers routine should have been limited to 1970. that shit gets old quick.
and what was this hippie thinking, singing along with concentration moon while he’s taping the fucking thing? i wish he had held the mic a little further away from his mouth.
anyway, thanks gilles! i always look forward to the latest friday boot.
flo and eddie-great period of FZ’s entire body of work, period. i’m piss-pants excited over this boot. now, lets have the 69 Toronto late show back for an encore since i missed it the first time around.
thanks for getting a bit more of the earlier period stuff out there..the sound is a bit dodgy but that just adds to the atmosphere doesn’t it?i like the version of king kong..one of these days i’m going to get all my different versions of king kong together and play them one after the other for a few hours.
thanks again for your impeccable and much appreciated friday boot series
