Memory Lane

Back in the day, when the <blink> tag was cool, and “maintaining a weblog” meant opening the newspage in a text editor, adding the news, saving it, uploading it to your webspace, noticing the ubiquitous font tag typo, re-editing the page, re-uploading it—in those days, this is what Hot Poop looked like. Complete with ominous black background and stylishly tiling background image. If you were around then to witness that look, you Madame/Sir, are a vintage Hot Poop reader! (And DebK: it was red, not pink!)
—”So Barry, why should I be interested by this?”
—”Well, ignoramous dear reader, we are getting close to two years of Hot Poop, the weblog…”
