Enjoying this show quite a bit…..one little problem…I’ve only gotten as far as disc one, but does one channel of the audio cut in and out on the original tape?
Starting in “Pygmy Twylyte” It sounds (to me) like a mike jack falling in and out of the connection.
Or is it me?

I could only listen to it in mono yet, but this page also says: “The longer recording has some annoying microphone problems.”

If you have a good wave editor -like the one in nero or cool edit pro and some kind of vocals control, the sound will improve fantastic and you can skip all anoying “scratsches”. Be sure you treat the sound in more than one step and not all at once. If editing seperately you can also improve the sound level, so the spoken words and “soft” parts will be heard in a proper manner.
