Well, all I can say that this is the time for festivals here in Hungary: after one in the country, called Valley of Arts (just finished today) another one starts: it’s the Sziget (Island) Festival – said to be the biggest one in Europe, held on a big island, as you might know it. Starts on on wednesday – will you be here? (Zap Mama and the Woven Hand will!)
Oh yes, and there will be Cosmik Debris, the Zappa-tribute band on thursday!

Sold out! The Bahia stage looks promising, what with such groups as “Prozac+”, “Bankrupt” and “Hippiekiller”… :)
Nooo!!!
“Fortunately, about a thousand weeklies were saved and put aside for those who could not get them in advance; they can be bought at the gates of the Festival.
There is no reason to worry for those who could not get weeklies either, since the festival can be entered with dailies as well.”
Ah good. Will you be attending the event, Balint?
Oh, I go every year. It’s simply crazy! You just walk up and down, and from a Napalm Death show you get to a puppet-performance, then you meet some gypsyes playing folk music, walking on you might see a lecture on the galaxy (maybe), and there is a pub on every corner, and artists, theatres, African stage, bungee-jumping – simply everything you can’t even think of. One might like this or that band or event, but the main thing is the SURPRISE, the unexpected: you’ll never know what you will see the next moment, the next day. It’s fun!
Woven Hand was fantastic! God, you got to see them one time!!
