Browsing the page of Ensemble Ambrosius I’ve found two articles about arranging Zappa for Ensemble Ambrosius.
(By the way: their latest news is from 2002. Are they slill active and well? I hope so.)

Yes, they are still active! They seem to tour quite a lot too. Had the chance to see them live both in 2003 and 2004 at Umeå Chamber Music Festival (in Sweden). In 2003 Napoleon Murphy Brock sang with them.
They played nearby in october 2005, but unfortunately I missed that. See them if you get the opportunity!
