    It has been going that way for years. The information age is a double edged sword and an uneven system. Some countries filter what the citizens can see and others simply harvest everything that the citizens view.

  6. It’s the latest incarnatiomn of the Total Information Awareness debacle, which was originally run by disgraced Iran Contra felon John Poindexter, who got off on a technicality. It freaks the shit out of even most ardent republicans. they keep having to retool the PR, but we can be sure it’s not going away.

    Love your site, by the way! Lots of great links. I’ve been a Zappa fan since the early 70’s when, at 12, I stumbled across a copy of Roxy at a garage sale and my brain melted.
